Loose Weight Diet: Tried and this happen...

Assalamualaikum and hi all :)

Hari tu sesaje la timbang berat aqma.. Hampa gila bila tengok berat naik tapi rasanya dah exercise and seangkatan dengannya. It could be right as per what people said that itu adalah berat otot. Otot  berat gilaaa nih! tapi memang pun kalau otot naik, berat pun naik tapiii sis taknak la number kat penimbang tu naik.. It was a gloomy day for me. From that moment aqma pun fikir balik and tengok balik my eating pattern.

Bila dah tengok balik baru lah perasan yang aqma banyak makan manis and carbo. Bukan nasi sebab aqma memang tak berapa makan nasi tapi makanan carbo yang lain macam spaghetti, mee, mihun, roti putih. Tu semua penyumbang pada pertambahan berat aqma. Adudududu. Memang menangis rasa. Kita rasa nasi lah segalanya tapi sebenarnya banyak lagi puncanya. Ada orang tak kisah makan nasi, still boleh kurus but not in my situation.

There I was beratur for roti hokkaido. Duhhh.
In such case, I believe my body will shed all the fat adalah dengan buat diet karbo atau nama famousnya adalah ATKINS DIET. Ni je yang aqma rasa berjaya seba aqma dah pernah cuba dulu and memang menjadi. Pastu sesaja la try diet ala-ala artis Korea tapi sadly tak nampak hasil sebab one of diet yang aqma try tu menu dia ada makan ubi keledek (sweet potato) which still carbo. Then when think back, memang sesuai la artis K-pop makan keledek as diorang punya energy fuel sebab as K-pop artis lifestyle diorang hectic dengan training, dancing and singing semua. So I come to a conclusion that we need to adjust our diet based on our daily needs.

As for me yang kerja 12 jam duduk atas kerusi menghadap PC adalah tak wajar kalau ambil lebih carbo. Memang lapar, letih semua bagai bila kerja ni tapi once carbo masuk dalam badan, kita tak burn balik just as food for our brain je. As for me carbs not helping me at all. I just need a bit of carbs je sebab ada dalam 1 hari setitik peluh pun tak keluar unless sebelum tidur tu I make a light exercise.

So, sebelum decide what kind of diet kita nak cuba kena tengok balik daily lifestyle. Tak semua orang sesuai diet kalori and tak semua orang sesuai diet atkins. Oh ya, masalah aqma pula kalau makan sikit memang masalah part membuang. Adehhh boleh sampai dekat 2-3 hari tak keluar. Hahaha. So that I need booster to counter that situation. Thank Allah that I've found my "membuang" booster, Garam Buluh namanya. I drink this Garam Buluh every morning before I do anything. Before I drink other thing. This is because I want to make sure that the enzyme in my mouth mix with the Garam Buluh drink. Then after 2-3 hours.. Taraaaa..toilet, you are my best friend :)

In this November 2018, I promise myself not stuff crap into my body. Cukup-cukup lah borong twisties dan Super Ring tu wahai nurul ainul aqma. Please make sure only raw food je masuk dalam badan. In shaa ALLAH I can do it! :D

Dah, korang pun ada masalah bila diet je masalah membuang problem? Korang kena try garam buluh ni.. Boleh cari kat sini --> GARAM BULUH UNTUK KURUS DI SINI 

Later aqma share kenapa diet, nak kurus tapi amik garam. Tak naik darah tinggi keee?
